I wrote the lyrics to this song a long time ago but I’ve only now completed the musical arrangement. Fast forward 40 years and the message is still relevant, in fact even more so. We seem to be consuming more plastic and processed foods than ever.
I experimented with a new instrument on this track – the first time I’ve played a mandolin. It certainly takes the sound in a new direction and there are some special effects in the vocal to give a robotic effect.

Pictures of fish and bright orange peel

Indestructible waste, I’m plastic encased
